Another Chinese Sign/advertising trade fair has been postponed due to the impact of Coronavirus and the Chinese Government's extensive programme to prevent it spreading.

Sign China Shenzhen, due to open on February 24th, has been postponed by the organisers, the global Informa Exhibitions (formerly UBM Trust). This follows the postponement of the APPPexpo, Shanghai, which was due to open in March. Containment of the Coronavirus is the reason, with the Chinese Government and Provinces conducting a valiant campaign to prevent mass infection and fatalities, even building new hospitals in record time. We wish them success and praise the huge efforts to contain and find a cure for the outbreak. Large public gatherings are detrimental to containment, so we applaud the bold sacrifice of Sign China Shenzen and APPPexpo Shanghai in postponing the shows until the all-clear is given. Note Sign China Shanghai, sheduled for September 2020, has not been postponed.
