All Australian and New Zealanders have done it tough these past few months but none more than the state of Victoria. It's great to see their economy re-booting again. To every sign shop and sign industry supplier and printers in general, all the best for a rapid recovery. Good luck on the Cup too!
|Vow & Declare wins last year's Melbourne Cup - tipped by wide format online.|
Last year we managed to tip the winner Vow & Declare in the Melbourne Cup. We can't promise to do that again but, just for fun, here's our tips. Vow & Declare is running but hasn't been racing as well this year and there's a lot of very stiff competition. Remember, don't bet the farm, stay safe and have fun!
Journo 'A' says: Tiger Moth, Prince of Arran and Surprise Baby. Best roughie Finche, or box it into a Trifecta
[Post-race comment: Well, 2nd, 3rd and 4th isn't too bad and it sure looked like Tiger Moth and Prince of Arran were going to overtake the winner, given another 50 metres. Never mind, Twilight Payment rode a clever race leading from the front - there's always next year!]
Journo 'B' says: Verry Eleegant, Sir Dragonet and Russian Camelot
[Post-race comment: Back to horse-racing punter's boot-camp for you!]
Keep well within your $$ limits and enjoy the day.
Let's hope this year's Cup signals the real start of resurgence for the Victorian economy and the sign industry!
