CSR with NEXT Printing Sydney
Location: Inner Sydney - A CSR’s key responsibility is to ensure projects going through NEXT do so in a timely and accurate manner. Managing and understanding capacity internally on a daily basis and setting expectations with clients will form the cornerstone of success in this role.
Responsibilities and duties include: Create quotes for key clients, Quotes must be completed within an agreed timeframe, Co-ordinate with internal subject matter experts on all complex quotes, Convert all won quotes to live jobs/job tickets in NEXT MIS, Ensure a positive relationship is maintained between sales and production teams, Work closely with our press and production teams to meet key client deadlines, Following up on proof and setting/managing expectations of clients, Manage all questions from production team at NEXT and the client, Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, Create and manage Corrective Action Reports.
Qualifications and skills required include:
Exceptional communication skills, Large format print experience (preferred), Comfortable with talking to clients over the phone and communicating via email, Medium to advanced Microsoft Office skills, Experience in managing GANTT charts (preferred).
