If you plan on visiting Printex/Visual Impact next week, you are in for what looks like a great show.

With exhibition companies in Australia facing a weaker economy and exhibitors having a host of new marketing tools available to promote their products, these same exhibition companies are being forced to pull out all the stops to retain their position as a  ‘must have’ marketing tool. So expect something special at next week’s show.
Of course it is very difficult for other marketing strategies to compete with a good show… where else can a supplier meet and greet customers for a face to face sales pitch and a product demonstration? Where else can people come to network with their peers.

Hexis nottheMcLaren but nearly as good
Vehicle wrapping is always a good crowd puller at these shows.

Not forgetting of course that many interstate delegates bring their families and utilise the time for a combined business trip and holiday whilst claiming the expense against their company tax bill. Why not!!

The biggest problem for delegates is making the time available, especially for those interstate people. Wide Format Online has a helping hand with this problem since we try to shoot videos of many of the exhibits which can be viewed by all and sundry after the show. Several of these videos have already clocked up well over a 1000 views. They can be viewed by clicking here.
The organisers have arranged a line up of speakers at the various workshops and seminars, a vehicle wrapping extravaganza and prizes to be won are just some of the attractions that are on offer.
Several exhibitors will be offering show specials, so if you are in the market for a piece of equipment, come to the show, you may pick up what you want at a great price.
For our wide format printing audience, this is the biggest event of the year with most major supplier’s taking space and showing off their latest equipment offerings. Each year we find new suppliers entering the market with new equipment that can create new markets, solve old problems and just help you run a better and bigger business.
The timing of this show falls between two major international shows, the huge Graphics of America (GOA) show that has just wound down and the big FESPA Digital show that is still winding up and opening on the 18th May. Many equipment launches that have now taken place in the US will also be at our own show as well as the big FESPA show.
We have the Exhibition Preview available, click here to view. Or the Printex web site is very comprehensive, click here to view and likewise with Visual Impact, they have recently uploaded their exhibitor list which can be viewed at http://www.viie.com.au/sydneyexhibition2015

I will look forward to meeting many of you at the show. If you want to talk to me about anything I can be reached on 0422 667 385.
