New Fairview owners press on with proof of Vitracore G2's ACM compliance

It's been a long road for Fairview Architectural since the ACM cladding issue first raised its head following fires in London, Dubai and Melbourne. Throughout the process, Fairview has played a straight bat and dealt fairly with strata owners and the law firm behind a class action. To protect jobs and the business, Fairview entered a period of administration. Now, with a restructure and ownership by FVA Group - not to mention all creditors and staff being paid in full - the company is on the reassurance path extolling bonded facade laminate Vitracore G2, and has taken out large press ads to back up the proof.

Fairview has adopted a big and bold approach to correcting some of the misinformation and misunderstandings circling about aluminium facade cladding. Fairview's new owner - the FVA Group - has taken out a series of double-page newspaper and online adverts for its Vitracore G2 cladding, in the Canberra Times and Newcastle Herald, based around G2's verified test documentation.

Using a '100% Test Proof' headline, the ads promote understanding of how cladding products (like G2) need to satisfy or pass a variety of those requirements set out by government and regulatory tests. The ads assert that Vitracore G2 is the most stringently tested product of its kind (bonded laminate) on the market. The long-form copy also features a series of approval 'ticks' to underline the proof claims made, and the media campaign - sure to be seen by influencers in the nation's capital and regional centres - is set to run in print and online forms until early 2021.
