An ASIC notice says a meeting of members of Bowstyle Holdings, trading as Standout Signs, decided on Tuesday to wind up the company and appoint joint liquidators David Hurt and Jimmy Trpcevski from WA Insolvency Solutions, a division of Jirsch Sutherland.

ASGA member Standout Signs – not to be confused with Standout Signs of Campbellfield, VIC - was based at 47 Berriman Drive in Wangara, the industrial hub 20 kilometres north of Perth’s CBD.

The company was established in 1981 and became a leading sign and graphics business, offering full design and manufacturing services across Western Australia, including billboards and signs, traditional signwriting, fabricated logos and signs, banners, window graphics, wall graphics, vehicle wraps and illuminated signs and more.
